Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- The item is in as-new condition (unworn, undamaged, no signs of use)
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including any certificates or documentation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
- Customised or engraved items
- Resized items
- Special order items
Return Conditions
All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved. Golady reserves the right to determine whether the item meets return conditions.
Refunds

- Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
- Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
- For faulty or incorrect items, return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed upon approval
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
