To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@factorynecklace.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is eligible, we will also refund the return shipping cost. Please provide a copy of the postage receipt for reimbursement. The refund will be processed using your original payment method or via bank transfer/PayPal.
